Program Slot Policy

Once the official program is released, participants will not be able to change their allocated slots.

To ensure accuracy, the program will be updated, reviewed, corrected, and shared with all participants before finalization.

Timeline for Slot Confirmation:

  • (Deadline will be announced soon): Slot allocation, participant review, and confirmation period. Participants may request adjustments only within this timeframe.
  • Remaining slots may be assigned, but no changes will be accepted for previously confirmed slots.
    (Within this one-month period after confirmation, the program will remain fixed and unchanged.)

Important: Once the final program is published, no additional oral presentation slots will be allocated; only poster presentation slots may be assigned thereafter.
